Player Agreement

1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern all services related to the md99 platform. By accessing, registering an account on, or playing games on this platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement in full and agree to all its terms.

md99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are published on this page, continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes. We therefore encourage you to review this page from time to time.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility

Players who wish to use the md99 platform must meet the following requirements —

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by the laws of your place of residence.
• Must register only one account using your real name and accurate details.
• The account must not be subject to any responsible gambling restrictions.

2.2 Account Registration

Each player may only register one account on md99. If multiple accounts are found, any bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts may be closed. Personal information provided at registration must be accurate, and any changes must be reported to the Support team immediately.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their username and password secure and must not share them with anyone. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that takes place on your account. 3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The following deposit methods are available on the md99 platform — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits must be made in the player's own name. Third-party payments or payments via Kaung card are not allowed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and withdrawals must be made through the method the player registered with. Normal withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will not be blocked unless the player is found to have violated a payment policy.

3.3 Financial Verification

As part of its fraud and money-laundering checks, md99 may request identity documents such as a National Registration Card (NRC) for large withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Withdrawals will only be processed once verification is complete.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The md99 welcome bonus gives up to 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once. Claiming the same bonus again through different accounts is not allowed.
• If a player attempts to stop a bonus and withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the full bonus amount may be forfeited.
• md99's decision is final on all matters relating to bonus usage.
• Bonus amounts or terms may be changed with prior notice.

5 VIP Programme & Rewards

md99's VIP programme has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players move up tiers based on their wagering volume and consistent activity. Each VIP tier receives the following weekly cashback —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback will be credited to your gaming account at the scheduled time and applies only to wagers that comply with the gaming terms. md99 reserves the right to modify VIP rewards with prior notice.

6 Gaming Conduct & Restrictions

6.1 Permitted Play

Players may play the games offered by md99 for normal entertainment purposes. If md99 finds that a player is deliberately exploiting bonuses, the account may be suspended or closed immediately.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Using accounts that are used to hold bonuses ("mule accounts")
• Using software or tools that disrupt the service
• Fraudulent fund transfers or colluding with other players
• Attempting to attack the website with malicious code that could shut down site operations

6.3 Applying Restrictions

If any violation is found, md99 may freeze the player's balance and bonus funds and permanently close the account without prior notice. Serious violations may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

7 Data Security and Privacy

md99 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption and up-to-date security technology. For details on how personal data is handled, please read our Privacy Policy.

Information provided during registration, deposits, and communications will be used only to provide services and protect against fraud. It will not be sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

8 Service Interruption and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Interruption

md99 may temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance, upgrades, or verification. Player balances will not be affected. Players will be notified in advance whenever possible.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

md99 is not responsible for players' gaming losses, costs, or data loss. md99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from use of the site.

8.3 Force Majeure

md99 is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or network outages.
